TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. The Mochi Genshin Impact Piloting Service Team involves 2 professional players (the "Pilot") playing on behalf of the client (the "Client") to progress through certain aspects of the game, such as completing quests, farming materials, leveling up characters, or achieving specific in-game objectives.2. The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the Piloting Service. Payment terms, including rates, currency, and methods of payment, will be agreed upon before the service begins.3. The Client will provide necessary account credentials (username and password) for the Pilot to access the Genshin Impact account. The Client acknowledges and agrees that providing such access is voluntary and at their own risk. But rest assured we will provide a legitimate service for our fellow travelers4. The Pilot will take all reasonable measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the Client's account information. However, the Client acknowledges that there are inherent risks associated with sharing account credentials and agrees not to hold the Pilot responsible for any unauthorized access or actions on the account.5. The Pilot will use resources available in the Client's account (such as in-game currency, characters, items) solely for the purpose of providing the Piloting Service.6. The Client and Pilot will maintain clear and open communication regarding the progress of the Piloting Service, any issues encountered, and any changes to the service requirements.7. The Pilot will make reasonable efforts to complete the agreed-upon tasks within the estimated timeframe. However, the actual completion time may vary depending on various factors, including game updates, server maintenance, and unforeseen circumstances.8. Refunds will only be provided in accordance with the agreed-upon refund policy. Cancellation of the service may incur a cancellation fee, depending on the stage of the service completion and the terms agreed upon.9. The Pilot shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Client as a result of using the Piloting Service, including but not limited to in-game consequences, account bans, or data breaches.10. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Pilot harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of the Piloting Service, including any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Client.12. The Pilot reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Piloting Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.By engaging in the Mochi Genshin Impact Piloting Service, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
